REBOOST's hero flavor — crisp citrus with a light, refreshing bite.
- Supports hydration with quality electrolytes
- Provides fuel from carbohydrates

Why REBOOST Uses Organic Cane Sugar: REBOOST is formulated as an isotonic hydration drink, meaning it contains a balance of electrolytes and carbohydrates similar to what the body can absorb during activity. Carbohydrates help transport sodium and water across the intestinal wall, allowing fluids and electrolytes to be absorbed efficiently while also providing quick, usable energy.
*Our 1 LB and 5 LB bulk sizes include a serving scoop and use powdered organic cane sugar, while our 16-pack sticks use granular organic cane sugar for improved flow and ease of use.

This is a good alternative to Gatorade in my opinion. the flavor is tamer that the lemon lime Gatorade comparison which in my opinion is a good thing. It also does not leave any weird aftertaste that i can taste with other sports drinks. When pouring, the granuals are large clumps to begin with which do dissolve all the way in the recommended serving size amount of water. this is also nice if there is a spill that needs to be cleaned up since the particles are easier to gather. The size being larger also includes the package size being larger as well so if you are trying to pack things tightly for a trip, the package size might be something to consider.
This single-serve packet electrolyte mix makes it easy to use when you're on the go as you can just mix with water anytime—anywhere. It's easy to always have it on hand. The lemon lime taste is reminiscent of the other popular brands, like Gatorade, but a bit lighter. It is a bit on the sugary side—if you're worried about sugar or like less sugar. |The color is yellow-green. It mixed up well, but I stirred it a lot to get it all to dissolved. It offers on-the-go hydration that you can easily keep on hand. Five stars for making it easy to stay hydrated. Vegan. Non-GMO. Gluten Free. Made in the USA. Available in various flavors.
Not bad for a drink mix, and cheaper than the bigger name brands out there. Has comparable nutritional value to most, but I see these as more of an “energy drink” rather than an electrolyte replenisher due to all the B vitamins and sugar. The packets are very large compared to my usual mixes- literally almost as tall as my countertop ice machine, so I don’t love that. Makes portability lose some points. The grains are pretty coarse and take a lot of work to dissolve so it’s not a quick fix. You’d have to prepare this ahead of time which can be inconvenient. Overall it’s fine- not the mix that I would reach for but if it meets your nutritional expectations and saves you a buck then hey.
If "organic cane sugar" is important to you, or if you know what "pro-grade isotonic" means, these are for you. These packets are noticeably bigger than any other I've tried and getting the powder to dissolve took a bit more shanking/stirring than usual. These taste as you would expect, like a lemon lime sports drink, although the flavor, even in about 16oz of water, is weak. These are more expensive than its many competitors, so I would say only go for these if you want cane sugar, because these have a lot of it.
The best part of using packeted drink mixes is you can control the sweetness. These REBOOST electrolyte powder is no exception. The directions suggest using 10-16 ounces of water but I personally find the resulting drink too sweet. For me about 25 ounces is the perfect ratio for taste and a little additional hydration. I like the taste as it is similar to many other lemon-lime sport drinks, but I find there isn't the chemically aftertaste that you find in some other brands. The powder doesn't mix easily right out of the packet, probably because the powder is a bit more course. But if you add the mix and shake it then leave it for a few minutes, the powder does dissolve pretty completely. Overall this drink mix is effective at hydrating the body after a workout. Having all organic ingredients is definitely a plus and to me makes these drink packets a pretty good value.
Reboost Electrolyte Mix Powder tastes like gatorade. I woke up feeling under hydrated, but pushed through to my work out. I drank during and after my work out. I felt super hydrated after. Tastes is good, very lemon lime and the color pops. It was easy to make by mixing 16-20 ounce of water with powder. Granules are big so I suggest using a shaker bottle to get max dissolve effect. I still had a few at the bottle of the my glass, but no biggy. I like powder has so many nutrients to help your body. Now I am not some big weight lifter, but I still put in some work, so these ingredients will definitely help recovery. The calorie count (80) isn't high either. I call that a win.
I'm the person who likes to try all the newest health products, and this one is one of the best I've had in a really long time. The flavor is what I like the most. Sometimes these lemon lime flavors are too strong and artificial tasting, but this one is really refreshing. It has a pleasant lrmon lime flavor profile, but is very well balanced. Not too sweet snd not too strong. At first I started to only mske half of a packet, thinking it'd be too sweet, but I tasted and decided to make a full packet. My son tried it yesterday too and loves it also. We both feel it mskes you more hydrated. I find myself not having a constant thirst throughout the day now. I love these electrolyte packets, and plan to continue purchasing them in the future.Overall, better than any of the other brands currently on the market, and they don't contain lots of artificial ingredients. Love it!! Effective, great quality and a fantastic value.

The first thing that stands out is the attention to detail on the packaging. The main outer bag features a high-quality, reliable resealable zipper that actually seals tightly on the first try, keeping moisture completely out so the remaining packets stay fresh.Even better are the individual serving stick packs. They are designed as true easy-open servings. You don't need scissors or teeth to get into them while you're on the go; they tear cleanly and easily across the top every single time, making them perfect for portability, tossing into a gym bag, backpack, or truck console. When it comes to actual functionality, REBOOST delivers exactly what it promises. The powder dissolves quickly and completely in standard cold water without leaving that annoying, gritty residue at the bottom of the bottle. The hydration effect is clean and fast-acting. It provides a noticeable boost in recovery and sustained energy without the heavy, artificial sugar crash you get from standard sports drinks. Knowing it is organic adds great peace of mind, as you get clean ingredients with no artificial junk.Considering the quality of the organic ingredients, the flawless packaging design, and the number of individual servings included, the value proposition here is excellent. It competes easily with—and honestly outperforms—some of the major, more expensive hydration brands on the market IMO.Highly recommended for anyone needing a clean, convenient, and reliable daily hydration solution!
I’ve been trying to increase my water intake. One way of doing that is having a single high electrolyte drink followed by water by itself. The salts (electrolytes) make you thirstier and it’s better to follow that up with plain water.I decided to try this thinking it would be an alternative to the name brands. Each pouch is 80 calories because it’s sweetened with organic sugar. I realized they wanted to keep with the USDA Organic labeling. But sugar is a poor sweetener.I added the powder to my 12oz shaker, the instructions recommend 8-12oz of water for mixing. I mixed it for about 60 seconds and let it sit. They’re was settling. I had to mix the cup another 2 minutes for it to actually mix in. This wasn’t a solid start.I tried the drink and couldn’t finish it. The lemon-lime flavor was ok, just too light despite the bright color. I thought it would be more like the name brands it’s trying to replicate. Nope. The flavor was light, so was the sweetness level. There was also a medicinal smell and test upfront, it wasn’t an after taste. I’m not sure what’s causing it, but I have a feeling it’s the turmeric used for the color. The 18g of sugar (almost 40% your daily value) was bad enough. But the funky taste, lack of full lemon-like flavor, and need to excess mixing turned me away from this. I can’t recommend it, even for people trying to be on an organic diet. There are organic zero calorie sweeteners that would do a better job and not represent a person’s majority daily sugar intake.
I got the REBOOST Organic Electrolyte Mix Powder 16 pack lemon lime flavor. This has a good flavor. It tastes pretty much like a watered down version of the popular lemon lime sports drinks. I mixed it using 16 ounces of water. The more concentrated and less water the more flavor. I like that this has healthier ingredients than most sports drinks. I feel more hydrated when I use this. This was definitely worth getting. I am a big fan of healthy drink alternatives. This is definitely healthier than most of the sports drinks I’ve found. This is my new drink of choice for when I want an electrolyte drink.
These are lemon lime and taste great, perfect to eat to get hydrated or stay hydrated, good ingredients and it is a big bag of them for a great price, when I drink these when working out in the summer heat I stay hydrated and feel great, I would highly recommend this product
Things to note:* Tastes similar to lemon-lime gatorade, but with less flavor in the body and more of an aromatic lime-forward lemon-lime taste than similar sports drinks.* Good for those wanting lighter tasting sports drinks, but not ideal for those expecting a stronger sports drink flavor.* While it uses spirulina to achieve its vivid green color, you can't taste it* It takes a bit of shaking or stirring to start dissolving, but after that it dissolves quickly. As with most real sugar mixes, it's probably better to prep this a bit before you plan to drink it, giving it a few minutes to settle.* I didn't find the taste as refreshing as that of gatorade/powerade. I'm not sure if this is due to a difference in taste or composition.* I also didn't feel any positive chemical effects- though that isn't surprising, given that:* While the drink is pretty much 1:1 with lemon-lime gatorade for sodium, carbs, and sugars..* It also adds B6, B12, magnesium, and chloride, making it more similar to a (caffeine-free) energy drink...* But at substantially lower proportions (about 1/3rd) that of a similar energy oz of drink..* In short, resulting in levels of vitamin B far lower than that of an energy drink (and no other energy drink components like taurine, caffeine, B3, citicoline, or meaningful amounts of potassium)* I can therefore only assume the L-Theanine is represented at similarly low dosagesIt's also worth noting that:* Unlike gatorade, which uses potassium phosphate (which increases urinary acidity)* This uses potassium citrate (which decreases urinary acidity)* This can counter the acidity caused by consumption of things like caffeine, sugar, and citric acid..* ..as is found in most sodas and energy drinks..* ..and therefore is going to be a better option for most people..* ...but, just like having too acidic urine is bad, having too alkaline urine can also be bad..* so do keep that in mind if your urinary PH is already overly high.* Also note that potassium citrate is counter-indicated for consumption while you have an active UTI.Additionally:* This product states that it's fully vegan, while apparently official Gatorade responses have previously indicated that their product may potentially use animal products during its sugar whitening process (but not elsewhere in the product). In conclusion:* If you're wanting a lighter taste compared to mainstream sports drinks* with organic ingredients that promise to be fully vegan* and a slight, caffeine-free energy drink-esque boost of Vitamin B6 and B12* with a touch of magnesium and t-theanine* and an acid-reducing type of potassiumThen this is for you!Personally, I didn't care for the lighter flavor and less refreshing vibe, and I'm too used to the vitamin B boosts from supplements and energy drinks, so I don't seem to be in the target demographic for the product (given that, as I noted, I didn't seem to get any noticeable effects from the Vitamin B or L-Theanine). (I even tried mixing two packets into 10 ounces of water, twice the recommended mixing dosage, and I didn't find it overpowering or notice any chemical impact even at that dosage.)But the quality seems legitimate and the composition seems like it might be good for those not needing stronger energy boosts and drinking large quantities of the product at once (such as while playing sports), so my own disinterest in the product seems entirely subjective. Definitely seems like it's worth giving a try for those whose lifestyle fits the product, just to see how it works for you.I did have good luck mixing the product with other drink mixes (in the sense that it took on additional flavors well), so even if you do end up finding it too light, as I did, it can easily be resolved just by adding a tiny bit of another electrolyte powder into the mix (I used an Arctic Frost [AKA Arctic Freeze/Glacier Freeze] style flavor for my test, which perfectly filled out the taste and refreshment elements that I felt were missing).
I really like these reboost electrolyte mixes. I got the lemon lime flavor and it's a great lemon lime flavor. Love that there's not a bunch of bull crap mixed in with the powder.Definitely feel hydrated and kind of like aaa boost to my day after I finish drinking it.Love that they're organic, nice and portable. Just throw one in your bag and when you're feeling a little low during the day, pour it in and it's a nice pick-me-up
Was interested in trying something other than premade hydration drinks, so gave this a try. The flavor is nothing to write home about, and the mixing completeness left a lot to be desired. I’ve got to believe that there are better options out there.
This electrolyte mix features a delightful and invigorating lemon-lime flavor profile that strikes a perfect balance, ensuring it is refreshing without being excessively sweet. The taste is crafted to provide a pleasant experience, making it an enjoyable choice for hydration. It blends effortlessly with water, ensuring a complete dissolution, making it an excellent choice for maintaining hydration levels following intense workouts or during hectic days filled with activities. The individual packets offer a remarkable level of convenience for carrying, which significantly enhances the ease of staying hydrated no matter where your journey takes you. Whether you're at work, traveling, or simply out and about, these packets ensure that you have access to hydration whenever you need it, allowing you to maintain your fluid intake effortlessly throughout the day.
These are so convenient to keep in my purse, gym bag, or even in the pantry for those times when I’m thirsty and want something with a little more flavor than plain water. They add a refreshing hint of lemon-lime flavor and are especially nice to have on a hot day or after a trip to the gym.The flavor itself was good, although I did notice that the strength seemed to be a little inconsistent from packet to packet. I also found that quite a few of the crystals settled to the bottom after mixing them into my water, whether I used a water bottle or stirred them into a glass. When drinking through a straw, I had to remember to give my water another stir before each drink, otherwise I would end up with some of the undissolved crystals.Despite those minor issues, the packets did what they were supposed to do! They made my water more enjoyable while helping me stay hydrated. Overall, I’m happy with them and look forward to trying more products from this brand!
Tastes much better than Gatorade lemon-lime. Flavor is much more subtle than the overwhelming fakeness of the ither brand, and not quite as salty tasting either. My husband and son work outside in the heat and keeping them hydrated is of upmost importance, they like the taste of this and so far, have not experienced the cramps and achiness associated with dehydration. It has not caused any GI discomfort either, no diarrhea from the salts or sweetener.I think it needs a little more stirring or shaking than similar brands, but thats definitely not a deal breaker.Overall, feel its a good choice.
I like having single serving electrolyte packets around because they are easy to toss into a backpack or keep in the car. The Lemon Lime flavor is pleasant and not overly strong. It has a balanced taste that is slightly sweet without being overwhelming.I also appreciate that this uses USDA Organic ingredients and includes magnesium glycinate, potassium, sodium, and L theanine. The addition of L theanine is an interesting touch since it may help promote a calmer feeling while staying hydrated. It mixed well in my water without leaving noticeable clumps or grit. The individual packets are convenient for travel, work, or workouts, and I found them simple to use. Overall, this is a solid electrolyte drink mix with quality ingredients and a flavor I would happily drink again.
I've tried about a dozen different brands of electrolyte drinks/mixes as I have a medical thing that makes me need a lot of water and a lot of salts/electrolytes. This one is definitely in the bottom half of what I have tried and not one that I would order again. So, first thing is first - I want to shout out that this uses magnesium glycinate which is THE good stuff when it comes to magnesium supplements. Honestly, I was very impressed by that. I also appreciated that this had more than just sodium. This has 19g of sugar which is nearly the same as a ready made bottle of sports drink, but a good bit more than other specialty hydration drink mixes. This large carbohydrate load is good for providing energy/fuel DURING an activity, but is more than necessary for after the fact hydration.I think the combination of sugar + dextrose gives this a thicker mouthfeel than I like and made this feel like a chore to drink. Couple that with the relatively muted flavor and I just was not impressed by this. It didn't really feel refreshing or thirst quenching to me.As far as electrolytes levels go, the mix is still pretty modest, presumably to avoid tasting too salty. It's probably fine for most workouts or sports, but double check that this meets your needs, especially given the upper tier pricing here.

Know Before You REBOOST
What is REBOOST?
REBOOST is an isotonic electrolyte powder designed for hydration and focus. It combines electrolytes, magnesium, L-theanine, Himalayan salt, and organic cane sugar to support fluid balance and mental clarity without the use of artificial ingredients.
Isotonic refers to the concentration of dissolved particles (like sugars and electrolytes) in a drink compared to human blood.
In sports nutrition there are three categories:
Hypotonic = lower concentration than blood.
Isotonic = Same concentration as blood.
Hypertonic = Higher concentration than blood
What are electrolytes?
Electrolytes are essential minerals (sodium, potassium, and magnesium), that help regulate hydration, muscle function, and nerve signals in the body. When you sweat, you lose electrolytes along with water. REBOOST helps replenish them with a balanced, isotonic blend designed to keep your body and mind in sync.
Why organic cane sugar?
REBOOST uses organic cane sugar as part of its isotonic formula. When paired with electrolytes, carbohydrates help your body absorb fluids more efficiently while delivering fast, usable energy for training, competition, and recovery.
When should I drink REBOOST?
REBOOST is made for daily use. You can drink it before, during, or after physical activity — or anytime you need to stay hydrated and focused.
How does REBOOST support hydration?
Each serving provides an optimized blend of electrolytes and minerals that help the body absorb and retain fluids effectively. The formula is isotonic, which means it’s designed for efficient rehydration without overload.
