Our Commitment
We stand behind the quality and integrity of every Reboost product. Each batch is formulated with care, using high-quality, functional ingredients designed to help you perform at your best.
Because our products are consumable, we handle returns and replacements a bit differently to ensure safety, freshness, and quality for every customer.
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been opened or used.
Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return if:
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order
- The product is still in its original, sealed packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
To request a return, please email customerservice@drinkreboost.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at customerservice@drinkreboost.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so our team can assist you quickly.
We’ll gladly replace or refund items damaged during shipping or found to have a manufacturing issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Shipping & Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery: Orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address or refused delivery will incur re-shipping costs.
- Lost Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, contact our team and we’ll help track it down.
