Overall this drink mix is effective at hydrating the body after a workout. Having all organic ingredients is definitely a plus and to me makes these drink packets a pretty good value.

I got the fruit punch reboost and i really like the flavor profile, taste and the fact that its all natural. It's pretty pleasant to chug when you're really thirsty.
