Overall this drink mix is effective at hydrating the body after a workout. Having all organic ingredients is definitely a plus and to me makes these drink packets a pretty good value.

Tastes much better than Gatorade lemon-lime. Flavor is much more subtle than the overwhelming fakeness of the ither brand, and not quite as salty tasting either.

I got the fruit punch reboost and i really like the flavor profile, taste and the fact that its all natural. It's pretty pleasant to chug when you're really thirsty. Out of all the electrolyte packets I've tried, this one had a pretty good balance, it wasnt too overly sweet nor was it lacking flavor.
